Yes. Highlighter Pro includes a 30-day free trial. A card is required to start, and you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. The family plan has a free trial with no credit card required.
How does seat-based pricing work?
Each advocate who logs in needs a seat. Every seat includes every Pro feature and unlimited students and families. You can add or remove seats anytime.
Do families I invite need to pay?
No. Families invited by an advocate get access to their child's case through the advocate's account at no cost.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Switch between monthly and annual billing in your account settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you won't be billed again.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. You can download any document or report you've created. To have all of your data deleted, email [email protected].
