You became an advocate to help families. Not to drown in paperwork.
Every new case starts the same way: gathering files from parents, reading through stacks of documents, trying to piece together the student's history. By the time you get to the actual advocacy, you've already spent hours on administrative work.

Then there's meeting prep. You want to walk in with a clear strategy, but building that strategy means re-reading everything, cross-referencing services, and hoping you don't miss something important.

Your time is valuable. Your expertise is what families are paying for. Highlighter handles the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does seat-based pricing work?
Each person who uses Highlighter needs their own seat. If you're a solo advocate, you need one seat ($40/month). If you have a team of three, you need three seats ($120/month). You can add or remove seats at any time.
Can I manage multiple students and families?
Yes. Highlighter is designed for advocates managing multiple cases. Each student has their own profile with document history, timeline, and key information. Switch between cases without losing context.
What file types can I upload?
Highlighter accepts PDFs, Word documents, and images. If you can scan it or save it as a PDF, Highlighter can analyze it. This includes IEPs, evaluations, progress reports, behavior plans, and school correspondence.
Is client data secure?
Absolutely. Highlighter uses bank-level encryption and strict access controls. Your clients' information is never shared with schools, districts, or third parties. You control who has access to each case.
Can I share access with a client's family?
Not currently, but this feature is on our roadmap. For now, you can export summaries and reports to share with families.
